FULGOR Milano Order Policy

You may place an order with FULGOR Milano by completing and submitting to us an online order form on our website, www.fulgor.com.au. We may at our discretion accept or reject an order depending on various factors, such as availability of stock and our ability to validate payment for the products.
A customer must be over eighteen (18) years of age to place an order. We may at our discretion, treat any order by a person under eighteen (18) years old, as void.
Please choose your product/s carefully. Prices may change and so you should check the latest price on our website, www.fulgor.com.au, before placing your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order – this includes the model number, the quantity, the price - before you, the customer, completes the online checkout process.
We will let you have an Order Reference Number via a confirmation email, once your checkout process is complete. However, if you are paying by credit card, will not complete your order until your payment has passed our internal validation procedures. Once your payment has been validated, we will process your order and confirm your Order Reference Number. Please keep your Order Reference Number safely.
Once we have given you an Order Reference Number, a binding agreement will come into existence between you and FULGOR Milano. If you wish to cancel your order, we ask that you advise us at least three (3) full business days in writing, before your planned delivery date and you will receive a full refund, subject to the Condition of Sale.

FULGOR Milano Availability Policy

Fulgor Milano will do its best to keep in stock most of the products that are advertised on our website, www.fulgor.com.au. All stock availability, as represented on our website, is accurate in accordance with our current stock levels, however, these stock levels are subject to change without notice.
If, for any reason, FULGOR Milano, cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will let you know by email with the details you have submitted with your order at the Checkout process. Allowing you, the customer, to amend, cancel or put your order on backorder, as agreed with you. If you choose to put your order on backorder, we will email you to arrange delivery once the product is in stock and available.
