If your product is deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer, you may replace the product free of charge, by request in writing to your Service Technician from whom you purchased or if purchased direct online, to FULGOR Milano at email@example.com.
On delivery, if you notice any damage to your product, please notify our delivery team at the time of delivery and email FULGOR Milano in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving delivery. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your product at the time of delivery. Evidence of damage will be required, ie take photographs and attach to your email.
Under Australian Consumer Law, (www.accc.gov.au), we are not required to provide a refund or replacement it you change your mind.
You can choose a refund or exchange, if a product has a major problem. This is when the product:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item, if they had known about it;
- Is unsafe;
- Is significantly different from the sample or description;
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase of the product, including Model Number and Serial Number.
If for any other reason you need to return an item, this will be at the discretion of the Service Technician you purchased the product from or FULGOR Milano if purchased direct online. Please email the Service Technician you purchased from or if purchased direct, FUGLOR Milano on email@example.com, within 5 business days of receiving delivery, for an assessment to be determine.
If your product remains boxed and unopened, you may return them within 14 days for a full refund. A collection fee of $60.00 or the amount of your delivery fee, if it was greater than $60.00, will apply.
If your goods have been unboxed but otherwise are as new, (have not been used or connected), a restocking fee, of 20% of your purchase price), will apply. FULGOR Milano does not deal with factory seconds. Damaged or opened goods result in restocking fees to cover return costs. A collection fee of $60.00 or the amount of your delivery fee, if was greater than $60.00 will also apply.
Please note, if you have requested connection of your goods, FULGOR Milano will unbox the product for you at the time of installation. We recommend you inspect your new product thoroughly, at the time of delivery.
We will organise your return goods to be collected. Goods are usually collected within 3 days.
You, as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made.
All refunds will be issued once goods have arrived back at FULGOR Milano warehouse, and have been inspected by a member of our team.
Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.
We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to connect, install or have used.
